Not just one piece of it.

You can bring me in for one priority or the whole customer path. I connect the brand, the demand, the technology, and the follow-through—so a business feels consistent to customers and simpler to run behind the scenes.

02 / What this looks like in a business

Here is what happens when the work
moves the business.

This is not a gallery of deliverables. It is a look at how the right message, experience, and follow-through can turn attention into customers and customers into return visits.

Bluffton Golf Club / SEO, AEO & conversion-led website

Get found. Be the answer. Earn the booking.

This was never a website makeover. I started with SEO/AEO audits, a revenue-visibility study, and a six-course comparative analysis to find where the legacy site was making it harder for the right golfer to discover the club, understand it, and take action.

01 / Get discovered with SEO

Dedicated, descriptive pages for tee times, membership, lessons, outings, and local golf searches give search engines a clear reason to surface the club when intent is high.

02 / Be understood by AI with AEO

Consistent facts, direct answers, FAQs, and structured information make the official site easier for AI search, voice tools, and answer engines to recognize, explain, and cite accurately.

03 / Turn discovery into revenue

Every high-value question now leads somewhere useful: book a tee time, explore membership, request a lesson, plan an outing, or contact the club—without sending the customer into a dead end.

Why the comparative work mattered: the goal was not to copy another course. It was to identify what search and answer engines reward—clear site structure, local relevance, useful content, accurate entity facts, and strong paths to action—then build those advantages into Bluffton’s own digital foundation.

The launch plan matters too: the new site is the source of truth, while 301 redirects, listing/citation updates, reviews, and ongoing local content help transfer that on-site strength into long-term search authority.

Bluffton Golf Rewards / loyalty & direct communication

Turn a visit into a reason to come back.

The first visit should not be the last one. A mobile wallet pass gives customers a useful reason to keep the club in their phone—and gives the business a permissioned way to stay connected after they leave.

What that means for the business: when demand is slower, a timely text, email, or push message can bring a past customer back with the right offer or reminder. The pass makes that relationship usable—not just memorable.

2 / Stay connectedUse SMS, email, and push messages for timely reminders and offers.
3 / Bring people backSupport repeat visits when the business needs demand.

Polowana Backwoods Kitchen / helping more diners choose the restaurant

Make it easy for hungry customers to choose you now.

For Polowana Backwoods Kitchen, I built a mobile-first restaurant site that makes the food, personality, and experience impossible to miss—then removes the friction between interest and the next order, visit, or inquiry.

What it gives the business: menus that help diners decide, a story that makes the restaurant memorable, clear visit and order details, catering inquiries, and a VIP list that creates a reason to return.

03 / Growth systems that keep opportunities moving

More opportunities in.
Fewer opportunities lost.

These are not technology for technology’s sake. They are practical systems designed to reach the right customer, answer quickly, capture intent, and make the next step easier for your team.

01 / Targeted neighborhood reachEDDM + local conversion

Put the right offer in the right hands.

Choose the neighborhoods most likely to matter, then put a relevant message directly in their mailbox. Connect it to an offer, landing page, event, or QR code so attention has somewhere useful to go.

Select→Deliver→Convert

02 / Voice AI + call intelligenceMake every valuable call count.

Never let a good call disappear.

Voice AI can answer real questions, capture the caller’s information, record the conversation, and place the contact into the right follow-up path. It can even score the call against the outcome you want and recommend what your team should do next.

Call→Qualify→Follow through

03 / On-site AI agentTurn uncertainty into direction.

Answer the question. Keep the opportunity.

An on-site AI agent gives a visitor a useful answer while they are still interested, guides them toward the right next step, and saves the context your team needs to follow up in a more relevant way.

Ask→Guide→Connect

04 / AI that creates capacity

Use AI to grow the business—not add more busywork.

AI should make the business more responsive, not more complicated. I use it to help your team answer sooner, create faster, follow up more consistently, and see what is working—while people keep the judgment, relationship, and final say.

05 / Meet Dylan

Good work starts with showing up for people.

Dad of 3Family first

Community-firstActive where I live

I’m Dylan—a dad of three, a youth sports coach for the past 10 years, and an active member of the community I call home. Most weeks, you’ll find me on the sidelines, helping kids learn to compete, listen, and become confident teammates.

That part of my life shapes how I work. I care about doing what I say I will do, making things clear, and putting people in a position to succeed. Behind every business are owners taking risks, teams carrying the load, and customers deciding where to put their trust.

That is why I do not see marketing as just content or campaigns. I see it as a way to help a good business tell its story clearly, create a better experience, and earn the kind of trust that brings people back.
